Stay at a beautiful upgraded Flexaction apartment with free parking included for long term stays, extra discounts and all the amenities you need! The apartments are designed for working professionals who appreciate an elevated experience. This Flex-cation experience is ideal for long term stays or short trips were you may need to work, the apartments are ideal for a quiet escape and are not suitable for events, parties or groups. There is 24/7 security in the building to ensure the health, wellbeing and safety of all guests. This apartment can only be booked by guests 25 years or over Absolutely no extra guests without approval and a max of 3 guests occupancy. No parties, drugs, smoking or loud noises under any circumstances. Administrative hold will be forfeit and you will be asked to leave with no refund. To ensure there are no parties, drugs, smoking or unauthorized guests, please note there is 24/7 security, noise monitoring in the apartments and security cameras in corridors. The facilities are subject to local COVID-19 regulations, please check the Boston City Council website for the latest updates. Accessing your studio: There is no elevator in the building, it is a Brownstone building with up to 6 flights of stairs. Check-in is anytime from 3 pm, and options are available for early bag drop-off or storage after check-out for a small fee via Radical Storage. The heating will be on in the building until mid-May as per Massachusetts law. There is an in-window AC unit in the studio that can be individually set. Your studio has a kitchenette as well as a smaller fridge/icebox. A full shared kitchen and dining area is downstairs with an oven, dishwasher, full fridge/freezer, and more kitchen amenities. Laundry facilities are available in the basement of the building, free of charge but please do not use it between 11 am and 3 pm. Parking is $30 a day, and discounts are available for longer stays. A Community Safety Charge is run for all guests with a small fee, and a refundable pre-authorized admin hold is required for any incidentals. The minimum age for booking is 21 years old. Pets are welcome for a small daily fee, certain breeds are not allowed. House rules include quiet hours from 10 pm to 7 am, treating the studio like a home, no parties, no unauthorized guests, no smoking, drugs, excessive noise, or excessive cleaning. Any damages will be charged for, and a full summary of the house rules is available before check-in. Noise monitoring and security cameras are in place in the building (not inside the apartments) and the studio has a max occupancy of 2, no extra guests are allowed. STR#45765 Welcome!
