ur home includes a Master Bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. This bedroom has a king-size bed, ample storage space, his and her closet, a dresser, and lots of natural sunlight. The Guest Bedroom is equipped with a queen-size bed, closet, chest of drawer, and a large window that faces our backyard. This bedroom is conveniently located right next to the guest bathroom which includes a spacious bathtub, shower, and large vanity. The Living Room/Dining Room is an open concept. The Living room hosts a futon that can be converted into a bed to fit an extra person, and a red couch large enough to be used as a bed for one more person. There is a 50” Smart TV with complimentary access to Netflix. You’re also more than welcome to log into any of your own applications. The Internet is fast and reliable. The Dining area is conveniently located close to the kitchen and can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people. The Kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, beautiful granite countertops, a large island, and all the necessary supplies for a home-cooked meal. We provide complimentary coffee & tea for our guests. Attached to the kitchen, is a fully furnished outdoor floating deck where you can enjoy chirping sounds of birds with your morning coffee or an evening drink under the stars. The Laundry Room is in the basement foyer and is available for guests staying 7 days or more. Guests staying 6 days or less can access the laundry room for an additional fee. Please contact our property manager for more information. The Backyard is extremely spacious and equipped with a picnic table and a hammock perfect for an afternoon nap. It’s also mostly fenced to allow your pets to roam freely with you. Guest access Guest are granted up to 2 complimentary parking spots in our driveway. Any additional vehicles can park on the curb located right in front of our house.
