During the summer the square comes alive with the dancing waters of interactive fountains. In the winter months, the square transforms into a lively ice skating rink with rentals available on site. Rapid City is known as The City of Presidents, with hundreds of tourist attractions nearby including Mt. Rushmore, Crazy Horse, Devils Tower, Historic Lead/Deadwood, and the World famous Sturgis Bike Rally.
