Guest has access to the main home (there is a studio apartment below with tenants), the backyard and laundry, which are shared with the studio tenants (They do laundry on Wednesdays) and the driveway, in which 2 cars will fit when parking tandem. No garage access or access to the studio apartment downstairs Lease required: -Length of lease is between 1 month to 6 months. -Rent includes cleaning (1x each month after 1st month), seasonal gardening, utilities of water, electricity, gas, garbage and WiFi. -Cleaner will stop in weekly on Mondays to care for houseplants. She will do her best to arrive mid-day for around 30 minutes. -Laundry room may be used on Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri, Sat & Sun. It is used every Wednesday by downstairs tenants. -One well behaved dog (no cats, sorry kitties!) is allowed. There is a fenced backyard. More than one dog is negotiable. Pets require a pet deposit of $250 per pet. -There is parking for two long stay/lease guest vehicles in the driveway (when parking tandem). -Maximum occupancy of the unit is 4, ideal for 2 or 3 during long stays/lease (30+). -Overnight visitors to guests of more than 2 people during a long stay/lease must be arranged and approved in advance by the property owner. -Trash pickup is once per week on Tuesday, cans must be curbed by Monday evening. -No smoking of any kind is permitted on the property and no parties are permitted either. INTERACTION WITH GUESTS: This home is co-hosted by a community member who is nearby and available. Please communicate any questions and concerns you may have before or during your stay to the cohost via the AirBnB message center. They are super responsive and are happy to help if anything comes up during your stay! It is vital that you have your AirBnB app notifications TURNED ON during your travels for timely communication. Please do not disturb the tenants in the studio apartment! :)
