You will find the laundry room fully equipped with a washer/dryer, baby crib, and highchair, vacuum, and cleaning products. Please feel free to use any and all! Our back yard is absolutely PERFECT- entirely fenced off, complete with the beautiful free-form pool, sitting/dining area, and Hammock. Lake Hubbard less than 5 minutes away from our home! We’ll make sure you are happy and breezy on even the hottest Texan days! - Lastly, we must stress that we do NOT allow parties or large unauthorized gatherings of any sort at our property. We are adamant about only welcoming families and groups who are looking to relax and enjoy the beautiful stunning back yard and the amenities the home has to offer. Starting from the seventh guest, an additional fee of $39 per guest per night will be charged. - ADDITIONAL BEDROOM The fifth bedroom will be opened for groups of 12+ guests, to accommodate their sleeping arrangements. - ENTERTAINMENT - All our smart TVs come with streaming apps like Netflix, Amazon, and YouTube. Feel free to log into your accounts. If you forget to sign out upon checkout, don't worry, we'll do it for you. - NO INDOOR SMOKING - Indoor smoking is strictly prohibited. A violation will incur a $500 fine. If you or any member of your group wish to smoke, please do so outdoors and ensure all cigarette butts are properly disposed of. - POOL AND HOT TUB - Pool maintenance is scheduled twice a week.
