Fenced In Backyard Sits Over Half an Acre, Corn Hole, Seating Area Around a Fire Pit, and Kayaks(Life Vests are Required and available) that can be Taken Down to the Lake. Also available: - High-Speed internet with AC WiFi that even extends into the yard. - Washer and Dryer (Laundry detergent provided). - Gas and coal grill for great cookouts (propane provided). - Seating area with a gas fire pit (propane is provided) Please note: We welcome any responsible guests however if the majority of the adults in your group are under 25 we require an additional refundable damage deposit paid separately from your booking of $750. If everyone in your group is under 21 we do not allow alcohol on the property. No events or parties allowed. Casa Del Lago sits in a quiet little neighborhood that is just off route 66, fenced all around it is perfect for large families with plenty of activities and space to spread out. Outdoor hot tub located next to the pool for all year around use. Guest Access: Parking: Up to 5 cars can be parked at the property, 2 in the garage and 3 in the driveway.
