Experience the unique blend of urban life with the serenity of butterflies and birds. The Space: This stylish studio is composed of one bedroom, bath and a mini-kitchen/walk-incloset. The studio has hi-speed internet (251 mbps) and a 40 in TV. Guest Access: You will have your own private entry into the back of the house via a designed landscape path with a privacy gate and illuminated with solar lights at night. The path will lead you from the front entrance of the house to the back. You will have private keyed access to the back door of the house and the studio. Upon entering the back door there is a shared laundry room and hallway. The deck and furnishings at the back entrance is for your exclusive use. There is a back patio and grill further out in the backyard that is reserved for the guests of the main house. Interaction with Guests: You won't see me or my helpers during your stay which allows you more privacy and convenience. However, I am here anytime you need to reach out. If you need anything or have questions, just send me a message via Airbnb and I’ll be quick to respond. The Neighborhood: The Lavaca neighborhood hosts a diverse, artistically inclined population and many public buildings host local's murals or mosaics. Although built mainly from the 1880s through the 1920s, the streets of the neighborhood were actually built over the earlier 18th-century acequias (irrigations ditches) of the Alamo's farmland when it was a Spanish Colonial mission. If you are a foodie, you will love Lavaca which has anything from street coffee vendors to local taco dine-ins to chef-owned and operated upscale eateries.
