Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located Apartment! This newly designed and furnished unique apartment has a style all its own. Our dog-friendly, fully fenced backyard is a 15 min walking distance to the downtown waterfront and CONVENTION CENTER, but in a quiet neighborhood with: bars, restaurants, dog park, and walking access to Balboa park. Let us welcome you to our cozy apartment that is the perfect home away from home. Your space is one of three private apartments, and is separate from the two other apartments. We have NO central air conditioning in the unit. To help cool the space down on the warmer days you can open windows and enjoy the cool evening air! Within our newly furnished apartment there is one bedroom with a very comfortable Queen bed, stylish living room, fully equipped kitchen, cozy dining area, and bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The space has a smart TV; feel free to log into your favorite streaming services during your stay. Absolutely no smoking inside or outside of the home. We ask that all smoking be done at least 10 feet away from the property. DreamBnB has a team here in the San Diego area for anything that guests my needs. We do prefer that all communication stays in the booking app unless an emergency.
