The building amenities includes 24/7 concierge and gated parking with 2 parking spaces. ***ATTENTION: Starting Feb 2025, construction on the trolley tracks in front of the building (Alaskan Way between Virginia and Blanchard) will last ~8 months. Work hours are Monday-Friday, 7am-6pm, with occasional weekend/overnight work. Alaskan Way will be reduced to one lane 24/7, with temporary parking restrictions, but sidewalk and building access will remain open. The condo can sleep 6 adults: - 2 in the master bedroom (Queen size bed) + ensuite bath with separate shower and soaking tub. - 2 in the guest bedroom (Queen size bed) / guest bathroom is off the kitchen, not ensuite, and with shower only. - 2 on the living room sofa bed (Queen Size) (Keep in mind this is a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo and the space might feel cramped with full occupancy) Note: There is a city construction work going on in front of the building. The unit is away from the construction but you may hear noise during business hours (Mon-Sat). There’s work noise that could impact your enjoyment of the balcony.
