The property is a one-minute ride to the Champlain Bikeway, which runs all the way to Burlington. The house is situated in a lovely, lush neighborhood of South Burlington. Stowe in 45 min. Teddy Bears in 15 min. Your home away from home. The first floor features a full kitchen with two ovens, a stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, and a six-person eat-in kitchen table. There is a separate dining room with a large table for six, perfect for board games. This level also features two large family rooms (with doors), one set up currently with a table for a working space/retreat, and the other for cozy family time spinning records around the gas fireplace. The first-floor foyer also has a 88-key piano to get your tunes on. The second level features three bedrooms and a full bath (which is connected to the master bedroom as well as the hallway). Beautiful Vermont foliage views out of all the bedroom windows! There is a separate laundry room with washer/dryer and utility sink. Additionally, there is a mudroom with plenty of closet space to hold all of your boots and coats. The property features a single-car garage which you are welcome to use to make your ins and outs as easy as pie.
