Front door has Ring doorbell with security camera and additional security cameras are located on the exterior corners of the home. All utilities (electricity, water/sewer, internet, commercial lawn care and pest control) are included. Monthly lease is contingent on Tenant paying for and passing criminal and credit background check. Lease must be signed via DocuSign within 48 hours of approval.
