The main unit in our home can accommodate up to 4 people in 2 Q bedrooms with dressers and closets. There is a full bathroom. (Note: Whole 3 bd house can be rented for $2400) . The basement unit is accessible via the main house back entrance. The 11x22 room features 2 twin beds (can be pushed together to make a king) and an office space with Internet and a streaming "dumb" TV. A walk-in closet and dresser will hold your clothing. Next to the unit is a bathroom/laundry room. The bathroom is yours, the in-bathroom laundry is shared with the upstairs unit. The shared kitchen and living room are upstairs. A beautiful kitchen with a gas range, farmhouse sink, and granite countertops. An upright freezer is also shared. The very private fenced backyard is an oasis. We do allow dogs, but special permission needed for cats. There is driveway for 3 cars and a small garage for parking onsite.

More Details
This is a great walking neighborhood with Audubon Park to the W and Drumheller Springs to the E. To the S is the river trail taking you E into downtown Spokane and W along the river. Glover Middle School, Shadle High School, and the Shadle Library are N. Safeway & Walmart are the anchor stores less than a mile N. Local restaurants and a few upscale and comfortable bars are close. Many young families have moved, and are moving, into the neighborhood.
