There is no access through the outdoor staircase. - Absolutely no exterior amplified music or there will be a $500 fine - Due to the remote location of our properties guests may experience unannounced power outages. - No events or parties are allowed at this property. - All occupants and guests of the property must follow local laws for outdoor lighting, quiet hours, and parties & gatherings (Riverside County Ordinance Nos. 915, 847, & 924). - You must be 25 years or older to book this property. - Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request. Parking Details: A maximum of 13 cars can park onsite. ​​​​​​ This home comes with a pack n' play travel crib available. A high chair can be provided upon request with at least 24hrs advanced notice.
