Main house and rental unit share one wall. The main house is occupied by a retired mother and her adult professional son. There is also a 2 year old French Bulldog that resides in the main house. The property is located in the housing development of Lake Harveston and the property is a short walk to the lake where you can enjoy a leisurely stroll or healthy run. There are also rolling green hills for a picnic or to bask in the California sun.
