Property Summary
My second floor condo is in a quiet development next to the Catalina Mountains on the northeast side of Tucson. There is easy access to the Ventana Hiking Trail and lots of neighborhood streets for walking. Sabino Canyon Recreation area is 3 miles away also. There are great on-site amenities to include two nice pools, clubhouse, small workout room and tennis court. The closest grocery store, dry cleaners, gym, UPS store, CVS and restaurants are a mile away. It’s 4 miles to Whole Foods and Natural Grocers. This is my personal space that l love. I’d like to rent to a considerate professional during my time away over the summer. I would consider a small dog on a case by case basis.
