Downtown Saint George is only a 15-minute drive away, and the hub of hundreds of restaurants and shopping options. If the arts are your passion, Cedar City's Famous Shakespeare Festival or Tuacahn Center for the Arts are less than 1 hour away. Your stay includes access to the Coral Ridge Clubhouse which has an outdoor pool (seasonal), fitness center, and hot tub/jacuzzi. The complex offers a children’s playground, putting green, and walking access to a stocked fishing pond at Razor Ridge Park, maintained by Washington City. Onsite Parking: 1 space available inside the garage, 1 space available on the driveway. RV/TRAILER in driveways & garage only: No recreational or other utility vehicles may be parked within the Common Area. Park vehicles first in the garage and then on the driveway. NO PARKING ON THE STREET at any time. Short-term overflow parking is allowable in the designated parking areas. Commercial vehicles and vehicles one ton or more are prohibited on the streets and yards of Coral Ridge.
