The complex offers a children’s playground, putting green, and walking access to a stocked fishing pond at Razor Ridge Park, maintained by Washington City. RV/TRAILER in driveways & garage only: No recreational or other utility vehicles may be parked within the Common Area. Park vehicles first in the garage and then on the driveway. NO PARKING ON THE STREET at any time. Short-term overflow parking is allowable in the designated parking areas. Commercial vehicles and vehicles one ton or more are prohibited on the streets and yards of Coral Ridge.
