The open floorplan offers a kitchen island with 2 stools, you can post up at the quaint dining table for two, or simply kick back on the sofa following a day of sightseeing or meetings. Wi-fi is provided so you can spend time surfing the web or finishing up work outside of the office. A backyard patio equipped with gas grill is available for getting some fresh air on a beautiful day in the city. Guest Access: Guests have full access to the private 1-bedroom apartment. There is ample street parking available for your vehicle(s), and no tags or DC permit is needed. Please be mindful of the once a week street cleanings indicated on the signs, where you can park on the other side of the street on whichever day is indicated not to park. For your convenience, we installed a keypad entry to the home, allowing you go about your day without having to track a key. The code is changed after check-out. Interaction with Guests: I do not live in the home, and my access to phone calls may be limited during your stay. However, I will do my best to provide you with timely and prompt responses via the app when needed, while also giving you space and privacy during your stay.
