Our spacious 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom house offers a comfortable and inviting space for up to 5 guests (One additional guest is acceptable, but they will need to sleep on a mattress without a frame.). The master bedroom features a king-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom, while the other two bedrooms have cozy queen-sized bed and a single-sized bed. The open-concept living area includes a stylish living room, dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances. The dishwasher is not for use, but guests can use it as a drying rack for washed dishes. The large garbage bin is located in the basement. If guests stay longer than 5 or 7 days, they can store their garbage in this bin and place it on the street for collection on the designated day. There is a balcony in the bedroom, and we kindly ask that the door remains closed, as well as the front and back doors. The driveway provides ample parking for up to two vehicles. Please note that the garage is not available to guests. Enjoy meals or morning coffee on the patio in the private backyard. Guests have full access to the entire house, including the 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen. The private backyard is yours to enjoy, offering a perfect space for relaxation and outdoor dining. The laundry room with a washer and dryer is also available for your convenience. Feel free to make use high-speed Wi-Fi for any work or entertainment needs. The driveway provide parking for up to one vehicle. Please note that the garage is not available to guests.
