Within 15 minutes from Galts Ferry Day Use park where guests can enjoy various water sports, hiking, hunting, and viewing wildlife. *This property includes all utilities, internet, lawn care, and pest services. Ideally suited for home sellers caught between properties or homeowners displaced by insurance claims. This property is for short-term rental (in daily increments for as many nights as needed). The main floor master suite features a large private bathroom fitted with a double sink, a tub, and a walk-in shower. Two additional bedrooms are located upstairs; one with two twin beds and the other with a queen-size bed. Also, upstairs is a shared guest bathroom and laundry area. Each bedroom is equipped with ceiling fans, Smart TVs, WiFi, and fresh bed, and bath linens. You are welcome to make use of the propane grill! The kitchen is fully equipped with newly updated stainless steel appliances and cooking basics. We set out a welcome tray with snacks and pods for the Keurig K Cups coffee maker. This is a non-smoking property, not suitable for events, children and pets are welcome, pet fees apply. Please be aware the property has a steep walkway, as displayed in the gallery images. **Important** Our properties are protected by SUPERHOG which provides identity verification. Please note that once you have booked, your booking confirmation will include your SUPERHOG verification link which will ask for your ID and identity information. This must be completed prior to check-in as it is a requirement of booking. A 10% discount is applied on stays beyond 30 nights, and a 5% discount on stays beyond a week. Our mission is to extend a welcoming space where guests can take away memories. In the spirit of doing so, we not only welcome you, we expect your will to comply with our house rules and acknowledge receipt that these rules have been understood. Adherence to occupancy policies and limits is strictly enforced. The fireplace at the property is solely decorative, non-functioning, and is prohibited from being used. The propane grill at the property is available for use during your stay. Please utilize the cleaning brush within the grill, additional grill tools are located in the kitchen. Be mindful of checking for flammable debris. Ensure the knob is left in the off position. Do not leave children unattended while making use of the grill. These policies are in place for your safety, as well as the protection of the vacation home and the vacation rental industry. Violation of these policies may result in immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all tender paid. Thank you, we genuinely appreciate your cooperation. Early Check-In & Late Check-Out Both alterations are based exclusively on availability. We require ample time to meet sanitation standards before each new guest. Please inquire about your date range, as there are no guarantees. There is an additional fee of $20 for every hour before or after standard time for each accommodated request. There is a 15 minute grace period after 10 am check-out, a $25 fee ensues every 15 minutes thereafter. If you need to check-in before our 10 am check-out time, and or need to check-out after our 4 pm check-in time; We require the additional night to be booked to accommodate your request.
